PLANAR was developed as a concealed utility object that remains visually quiet when not in use and reveals its function through a tactile pop-out movement. The project explores how a simple everyday product can become more intentional through form, interaction and mounting logic.
Physical prototypes helped test the basic movement, proportions and usability before refining the concept in CAD.
